Mike MerrellÂ
Owner -Operator - President
Mike began his career working beside his father when he was a young man. He purchased the business and Incorporated at that time. He is proud to say his dad has taught him everything he knows. To this day they are still a great team and you can see them on Saturday nights at the race track here in south central Tx. Mike drives for his dad in the Texas Pro Sedans Series. They are the 2009 & 2010 Champions!
George Merrell
Founder
George started in the Navy doing Aircraft sheet metal. He then moved on to do fiberglass modifications on private aircraft. He was on a pit crew of the Formula One Air Racing Cuircut in the late 70's. He started Gemco - George Merrell Co. in 1980. He is the owner of two VW Sericco's that have won several Championships with two different drivers. He has built and modified both cars to be champions!
